With over 5 years of ownership/management experience, your studio is in safe hands. As a senior instructor holding the Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method, I am well versed in looking after clients that require that little bit more bio-mechanincal and rehabilitative care.
Your staff will be looked after and I can deliver post-graduate level personal development workshops and workouts.
